Grammar Collection - SHERlocked Modals of Deduction

Grammar Collection - SHERlocked Modals of Deduction

The modals of deduction (must be, can't be, might be...) can be used to say what we think, depending on what we see/hear/know.

But practicing them isn't always easy. That's where SHERlocked comes in. Your students have a sentence, that might act as a clue. And a missing word (that is always a modal of deduction), all they have to do is land on a square and choose the correct modal to use! Some are easier than others and some have more than one possible answer.
