Grammar Collection - Nouning

Lots of words in English can be used in many different ways. Many nouns can be used as verbs, and many verbs can be used as nouns.

Let's take, for example, "phone"
Used as a verb "Can I phone my mum?"
Used as a noun "I've lost my phone."

Nouning is the perfect board game for higher level students. They roll the dice, move their counter and flip the "flip coin" before using the word in a sentence. The "flip coin" determines whether they use the word as a noun or a verb. It's a great way to test them and for them to practice producing sentences using the correct part of speech.
