4th Birthday - Day 13 - Landlord

We've all played naughts and crosses, and I am almost certain you have played it with at least one of your classes. Landlord, the 4th activity for the birthday month, is a slightly different take on the classic game we all love.

Split your class into 3 teams (a red team, a blue team and a green team) and have them answer questions, produce language or complete a task. The aim of the game is to paint the 3 windows and 1 door of a house in your team's colours. By doing this you own the house. There are four houses up fro grabs, so strategic "painting" is a good idea! If the students/team comes up with the correct answer they can paint a window or door. All they have to do is click on the correct part. The green team clicks on the bottom of the door or window, the blue team clicks on the middle and the red team on the top. They can use the mouse or, on an interactive whiteboard, they cn use their fingers.
