Grammar Collection - Subordinating Conjunctions Card Match
Having posted an activity for coordinating conjunctions (click here to go to the Coordinating Conjunctions activity), I thought it might be useful for all of you out there to have an activity to practice subordinating conjunctions as well.
Print out the page and cut up all 48 cards and split your class into teams. Then have your students them match the two clauses and conjunctions to make sentences. There are 16 sentences, but there are many possible answers. But not all of them will make sense!
