
Teaching a 1-to-1 student about places in a town and the prepositions, I decided to create a craft activity/piece of project work.
Firstly I had him name the buildings and then cut them out, and fold the tabs. Then he cut them out before sticking them down on the map. Once this was done I had him write sentences about the location of the buildings.
It was a great way to review the buildings and the prepositions and to practice describing a town.
I have provided the sheet (with the blank map and sentences) and a sheet of twelve buildings. There are two sets of buildings on each page.
