I am sure all, or nearly all of you, use a sticky ball in your class. Either you use it to give the students a chance to produce the language they "hit" or you use it to give your students points when they produce the correct language.
Now, if you are anything like me, the second option will involve a hastily drawn target on the board. But, why not jazz it up a little and use Hit the Target?
There are six different target choices, all moving in their own, unique pattern for you to chose from.
Just be careful to keep your eye on the landing sticky ball as the target will continue moving. I often find students will self-police and shout out the scores as they happen.
